These are here to honour both your time and mine.
Booking & Cancellations
- To reserve your appointment, a non-refundable deposit is required at the time of booking.
- If you need to reschedule, your deposit can be transferred to a new appointment date provided at least 24 hours’ notice is given. Cancellations made within 24 hours of your appointment, or failure to attend your booking, will result in the forfeiture of your deposit.
- Standard appointments require a $50 deposit. High school students are offered a reduced $25 deposit, as I understand budgeting can be difficult while at school.
- Any late cancellations or no-shows will require a new deposit to secure future appointments.

Late arrivals & no-shows
- If you are running late to your appointment, please let me know as soon as possible ♡
- If you arrive 15 minutes or more past your appointment time, your allocated time slot may need to be shortened or potentially cancelled to avoid disrupting other bookings.
- Failure to attend your appointment without notice will be treated as a no-show. In this case, your deposit will be forfeited.

Before your appointment
A few small things make a real difference to how your set turns out.
- For the best possible results, please arrive to your appointment with freshly cleansed lashes.
- Please ensure all lash cleansing is done using a non oil-based cleanser only.
- Avoid wearing makeup or mascara to your appointment.
- If you are planning to bring a guest with you, please let me know prior to your appointment ♡
After your appointment
The first day matters most, and then it is mostly about keeping oil away from them.
- Get your lashes slightly wet after your appointment to clear the glue fumes from around the eye, then dry with cool air.
- Don't drench them or go swimming for 24 hours.
- Brush your lashes morning and night.
- Don't use mascara.
- Don't wash your lashes with an oil based cleanser, or use any oil based facial products.
- Do not pinch, pull or rub your lashes.
- Refill every 2 to 3 weeks.

You need it because you collect people's details and you photograph their faces. Have a read and tell me anything that isn't right, then I'll take this note off.

What I collect
When you send a booking enquiry I collect your name, mobile number, email address, the service you are interested in and your preferred date and time. At your appointment I may ask about allergies, skin sensitivities and any relevant medical history so I can treat you safely.
Photographs
I love showing off my work, but only ever with your permission. I will ask before taking any photograph, and again before it is used on Instagram or on this website. You can say no at any time, and you can ask me to remove a photo later — just message me and it comes down.
How your information is used
To contact you about your booking, to treat you safely, and to send you an appointment reminder. That is all. I do not sell your information, and I do not share it with anyone else except where I am required to by law.
How it is stored
Enquiry form submissions are delivered to my email inbox. Client notes and consultation records are kept securely and only for as long as I need them.
Your choices
You can ask me what information I hold about you, ask me to correct it, or ask me to delete it. Message or email me and I will sort it out.
